Why is your company name on my bank statement?
When you set up your insurance policy, your insurance broker should have discussed how you would like to pay your premium – for example, in full or in monthly instalments by direct debit using Close Brothers Premium Finance.
It works like this. We pay your insurance broker the full cost of your insurance policy. You then pay us back the cost of your insurance policy, plus interest and charges (where applicable), in regular instalments by direct debit. Either our name or your broker's name will appear on your bank statement when we take these monthly instalments.
We will only debit a bank account that has been provided to us for your finance agreement.
